Fractional Executives: Senior professionals who provide executive-level management services to organizations on a part-time or contract basis. These could be interim CEOs, CFOs, development directors, communication directors, etc. They can also serve on a contract basis for organizations that don't need full-time staff in key positions. Fractional executives provide high-level support without ongoing salary expenses.
Organizational Development:
Strengthening an organization’s ability to reach its goals through alignment of strategy, structure, people, metrics and processes. Organizational Development ensures everyone is working at the top of their game to realize an organization's full potential!
